SCHOLARSHIP

PROGRAM

After several months of work and deliberation, the Scholarship Committee has produced an application which has been delivered to Concord-area parishes served by Council 112. We expect many applications to be sent in and we are looking forward to the evaluation process. Our goal is to award the scholarship by the end of May 2008.

To date we have raised $694.46. This covers 2008 and gives a running start into 2009’s scholarship. The Committee especially wants to thank the Ladies Program because without their help we would not have been able to get this far.

Lastly, we are in need of one more member to serve on the evaluation committee. We have representatives from all area parishes except Immaculate Heart of Mary. We are asking for a Knight from IHM to please step forward and serve on this committee.
